Senior Loan Officer
5+ years of mortgage originating experience, however history of high production can substitute years of experience. Must be able to validate experience and production. Incentives include creating a team around the candidate where the SLO will earn dividends based on the team's production. We offer higher than industry standard compensation, but also commensurate with experience. Telecommute eligible.
Loan Processor
3+ years of mortgage processing experience, though exceptions may be granted. Will consider training the right candidate. Must be detail-oriented, prompt and timely, and clear with communication. We offer higher than industry standard compensation, but also commensurate with experience. Multi-lingual candidates are highly preferred. Telecommute eligible.
